Partner Meeting in Oslo

HIBIS welcomed us in Oslo 🇳🇴 for the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting on the 23rd and 24th of May. Partners reviewed the progress of IO3 and discussed the next steps, with a special focus on the LTTA in Turin and the Multiplier Events in Partners’ countries.

Fairly project partners work on the finalization of the Practical Guide for Informed and Safe Financial Choices (IO3)

The IO3 activity included bilateral meetings between organizations with relevant topics for writing and review of the Guide’s chapters. VEDA and CCIL’s representatives have met to discuss and update the chapters 3 and 6 based on the feedback of project target groups- respondents in a specially designed questionnaire for the IO3’s purpose. Status of Financial Literacy and Legal Economy in the EU Report

FAIRLY stakeholder questionnaire on the state of the art of legal economy.

Fairly is a project developed by 6 different organizations from Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway and Spain, thought to improve the financial knowledge of the population. One of the products of this project was to create a course to teach basic financial knowledge to the population.

Fairly Training Course

The Fairly partnership has developed the training materials for the online course, consisting of  several modules:

  • basic economic definitions,
  • household income accounting,
  • financial concepts,
  • legal concepts,
  • practical examples of common scams/fraudulent behavior you could be a target for.

Fairly Practical Guide for Informed and Safe Financial Choices

Within the Fairly project, the partners have developed a “Practical guide for informed and safe financial choices”. To ensure the highest quality of the guide, the partners created a short questionnaire to be filled in by its potential users in which they had to evaluate the relevance of various topics and sub-topics. The responders not only answered the questions but also, they made their own suggestions, for instance, they wished to read about real life cases and to see practical examples.

Fairly Interim Dissemination Report

During the first reporting period January – December, 2021 the Fairly Partnership has caried out a lot of dissemination activities to convey the Fairly project goals and objectives to the representatives of the project target groups and public in general. To raise their awareness for the upcoming project activities and to encourage their involvement and contribution, the partners explored different communication channels like project website and social media publications, blog posts, informational events, public presentations, face-to-face meetings and many others.
