The online platform was developed by the Bulgarian partner Varna Economic Development Agency as IO3 Project Output. Its design is both simple and accessible to ensure comprehensiveness and to minimize the risk of the target audience getting distracted by too many visual elements, bright colors, or illegible fonts. What is more, the system of logging in is simplified to reach even wider audiences.

The platform has been tested on various levels: first by the partners, then through piloting the contents of the training and last but not least by means of follow-up validation. Although English is the main language of the platform, the partners intend to translate its contents into partners’ languages for training purposes after the project end.
